Hi, I’m Andee, an emerging instructional designer with a background in HR, higher education support, and learner-centered program development. I’m currently pursuing my Master of Science in Instructional Design & Technology because I’m passionate about creating clear, engaging learning experiences that actually help people grow, not just check boxes.
What drives my work is the belief that learning should feel possible, welcoming, and human. I’m especially interested in designing materials that support different learning needs, simplify complex information, and give learners confidence rather than overwhelm.
